The Beacon NewsMagazine is a publication dedicated to humor and the lighter side of life.  Politically Incorrect and dripping with sarcasm, Beacon Readers (all 65,000 of them) rave about the publication's unique take on everyday life and politics.

 The BNM is 81 years old and has been owned and published by Sue Veryser for the past 21 years.

Recently, the BNM went National, but has chosen to keep Command Central here, in Michigan, where it was born and raised.

Beware though, The BNM  has a Conservative slant and is not suited for those who can not laugh at current affairs, or at our politicians, or at themselves.  The publication may never take the popular stance, but through humor, it will always give you the truth --  no matter what the circumstances.

The BNM is dedicated to making its readers laugh out loud.  So far, so good!

I love the Beacon. I have been receiving it forever....long ago when they were based in New Baltimore Downtown. The articles are not always politically correct and I don't always agree with the views, but it always makes me think and it ALWAYS makes me laugh. One of my favorite columns is Rio's Roost! I've never actually met Rio, but I think I will soon. He has his own e-mail. How about you all send him a note?!?
Keep up the good work Beacon Bunch. I'm anxiously awaiting my next edition.

This is a monthly publication that is meant to inform and entertain it's reading audience.

There are 'serious' articles and there are 'not so serious'.

There are funny stories and stories that just warm your heart.

The people who chose to advertise their businesses and or events in The Beacon really get their money's worth.
