O/E Learning, Inc. (O/E) is one of Michigan’s first approved Basic Driver Improvement Course (BDIC) providers. To be approved as a BDIC provider, O/E had to apply and meet the state’s curriculum requirements. Only approved BDIC providers can pass results of course completion to the Michigan Department of State.

O/E is a Michigan-based training company and has been educating people in the business community in Michigan, across the United States, and globally since 1984.
